Welcome to my Relaxing Hatha Yoga classes, where I offer a tranquil space for you to unwind and reconnect with yourself.

What is Hatha Yoga? In Sanskrit, ‘Hatha’ translates to ‘force’. Hatha Yoga, however, is anything but forceful. It is a gentle, relaxing practice that beautifully combines asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), and meditation to balance the mind, body, and spirit.

In my Hatha Yoga class, I focus on guiding you through slow, mindful movements and deep, calming breaths. This is more than just a workout for your body; it’s a journey of self-discovery and a chance to cultivate inner peace. Whether you’re new to yoga or have been practicing for years, this class offers a welcoming, judgement-free environment where you can explore your boundaries, learn at your own pace, and nurture your wellbeing.

Join me every Friday morning from 9:30 am to 11 am. Let’s leave the noise and chaos of the day behind and take this time to focus on our breath, our bodies, and our inner selves.
